How do I use this site?

If you're using this site for the first time, you'll need to sign in before you can request a quote, build a quote or request samples. You can get started by clicking the “Request an account” button in the top right corner of your screen. We’ll connect you with a sales representative to learn more about your business needs and get you set up with an account.

What if you don't have what I need listed on your site?

Not seeing what you need? No problem. You can always request it by contacting us. Send us the part details, and we’ll research the requirements and get back to you with a solution.

How is pricing calculated?

We calculate pricing based on the volume of product you need and the location to which you need it delivered. Cost of delivery will be included in the price quoted to you.

How do I view my pricing?

Sign in to access your custom pricing. Don’t have an account? Request an account with us to start working with our team.

Is there an order minimum?

Yes. Our pricing corresponds to a minimum order quantity. But if you need quantities higher or lower than those listed, please request a quote customized to your demand.

How do I build and submit a quote request?

As you’re browsing the product catalog, you can add products to your quote by clicking “Add to quote.” You can also add products to your quote from your favorited items. When you have everything you need, submit your quote request.

You can also request a quote if you need a similar product with different requirements, or if your minimum order quantities are higher or lower than the number listed.

What do I need to set up an account?

To request an account, you’ll need a company email address from an established business. We unfortunately can’t accommodate accounts with personal email addresses. A representative will contact you to learn about your business needs and set up an account.

Where can I find my order status?

Already placed an order with us? The representative that provided your quote can also give you a status update on your order. If you’re having difficulty reaching your sales representative, contact us here.

Are my products under warranty?

If you have a question on warranty, please reach out to your representative or contact us here. Your representative can answer questions about the warranty on products in our catalog.

How do I change my region?

We'll automatically detect where you're shopping from. But if you want to change that, you can manually select a different location on the filter screen.
